Revity is a blend of revolution and vitality. A renewal, transformation, and energy. We built this studio because Burlington deserved a Pilates space that felt like somewhere you actually wanted to be: calm, welcoming, and built on community rather than competition. That’s still the whole idea.
At Revity Pilates, movement is more than just exercise. It is a journey of strength, renewal, and transformation. Our Revity brand and logo were thoughtfully designed to reflect this philosophy, guiding you to “find your flow and embrace your strength”.
The circle represents wholeness, unity, and infinite potential. Just as Pilates brings balance to the mind and body, the circle symbolizes the continuous journey of growth, movement, and well-being.
At the centre, a flowing human form embodies both grace and power, mirroring the fluidity of a Reformer Pilates session. Designed with movement in mind, this figure represents the strength, control, and energy that Pilates cultivates.
Below, three wavy lines symbolize the Reformer machine, the foundation of our practice. These waves also represent the ebb and flow of energy and movement. A reminder that Pilates is about more than fitness. It is about working with the rhythm of your body rather than against it.
WHAT’S IN A NAME?

Revity Pilates is the result of my passion for movement, wellness, and creating meaningful experiences. I’m Aleksandra Popovic, a real estate broker with over 20 years of experience, an entrepreneur, and the co-owner of Verace Italian Restaurant. Throughout my career, I have built businesses that are centred around excellence, whether in real estate, hospitality or now boutique fitness. My journey into wellness started with yoga, a practice that strengthened both my body and mind. Over time, I discovered Reformer Pilates and fell in love with its ability to sculpt, strengthen, and restore the body in a way that feels both powerful and sustainable.
As someone who has balanced multiple businesses and a fast-paced career, I understand the importance of self-care and finding movement that works for you.
That is why we created Revity Pilates, an intimate, client-focused studio where movement is more than just exercise; it’s a way to reconnect with yourself, build strength, and feel your best.
With a background in real estate, hospitality, and now boutique fitness, I’ve always been drawn to ventures that enhance people’s lives. Revity Pilates is a reflection of that passion – a space where movement meets purpose, and where strength, balance, and well-being come together. I can’t wait to welcome you to the studio and be part of your Pilates journey!
Revity Pilates isn’t just my vision – it is a shared passion brought to life. I am Goran Lacic, CEO of LG Financial Group, with over 20 years of experience in finance and insurance. I have built a successful career based on strategy, precision, and understanding what truly matters to people. But beyond the corporate world, my lifelong connection to sports and movement has shaped my perspective on health and well-being.
I have always believed we play a far greater role in our own health than we often realize. For me, movement is about more than physical fitness, it is about energy, balance, and longevity. Yoga and Pilates have been integral of my journey, helping me cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. When we decided to launch Revity Pilates, it was only natural that we join forces to create a space where movement meets intentional wellness.
With my passion for holistic health and my dedication to building experiences that enhance people’s lives, Revity Pilates is more than just a studio, it is a community built on the belief that investing in yourself is the ultimate form of self-care. We can’t wait for you to be part of it!

My journey to becoming a Pilates instructor started from my lifelong passion for
movement. From competitive soccer, volleyball, and intense training, I was always
moving. As a Pilates instructor, my goal is to help you connect with your body in a way
that builds strength, flexibility, and balance.I focus on mindful movement and proper
technique, creating a welcoming space where you can feel both supported and
challenged. I’m here to help you move with more confidence and ease, guiding you
toward a healthier, more aligned version of yourself!
I grew up immersed in sports and movement, inspired by my dad, who was a soccer
coach in Mexico and ran his own soccer league. Being around athletics from such a
young age naturally shaped my love for fitness and an active lifestyle. Sports were
always a part of my life, teaching me discipline, consistency, and the joy that comes
from moving your body.
In high school, I discovered weightlifting and running, which deepened my appreciation
for strength, endurance, and pushing my physical limits. Staying active has always been
a constant in my life, but everything truly shifted in 2020 when I found Pilates. I began
with mat Pilates at home and gradually progressed to reformer Pilates, falling in love
with the precision, control, and mind–body connection it offers.
Becoming a Pilates instructor allows me to share that passion with others. I love helping
people fall in love with movement, feel confident in their bodies, and better understand
how their bodies move and function. Pilates has shown me that strength isn’t just
physical, it’s about awareness, balance, and self-connection.
Outside of the studio, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends,
getting a good workout in, and enjoying an active, balanced life.
Jenny is STOTT® Pilates certified, specializing in both mat and reformer. A dedicated
fitness enthusiast, she fell in love with Pilates after just a few reformer classes and
never looked back. Her passion for movement inspires her to help others feel strong,
balanced, and confident in their bodies. Through mindful instruction and an uplifting
approach, Jenny is committed to sharing the transformative benefits of Pilates with
every client she meets.
Beyond the studio, Jenny is a beauty, wellness, and self-care advocate. Her goal is to
share the tools and practices that have made a difference in her life and to help others
move with confidence and strength.
Julia is an Instructor trained in STOTT® Pilates Program specializing in both Mat and
Reformer Pilates. With over a decade of experience in competitive cheerleading, she
discovered Pilates as a way to reconnect with her body and mind—quickly falling in love
with its ability to strengthen, centre, and transform from the inside out.
Her approach is rooted in the classical principles of Joseph Pilates, blending traditional
technique with strength and sculpt elements. She emphasizes proper form, intentional
movement, and targeted muscle engagement to help clients build endurance, enhance
mobility, and prevent injury through mindful practice.
Known for her supportive and inclusive teaching style, Julia is passionate about creating
a welcoming space where every BODY can feel empowered, confident, and connected.
She’s inspired daily by the progress and transformation she sees in her clients—on and
off the mat. Outside the studio, she’s a foodie, traveller (11 countries and counting),
Pilates content creator, soccer lover, and proud dog mom to Theo!
I began my career in movement in 2010 right after experiencing the transformative
effects of a mat Pilates class on my overall well being. I wanted to share this with as
many people as possible as movement is crucial for not just physical health but mental
and emotional as well. Over the years as my career evolved I got certified in personal
training and yoga and my classes will reflect that, expect to be challenged! I have much experience with pre/post natal women, various spinal issues, athletes and the aging
population and I continue to learn everyday about the human body. I am currently
working on becoming an advanced Biomechanics Specialist eventually teaching other
Pilates instructors.
Trained in STOTT®️ Pilates Intensive Reformer.
Movement has always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing competitive sports and developed a deep appreciation for how the body works, and when I began Pilates it quickly became a natural extension of that passion.
I recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, where I built a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and everything related to movement and wellness.
My long-term goal is to become a chiropractor, where I can combine my passion for holistic health and functional movement to help people feel better in their everyday lives.
My teaching is rooted in the belief that when you move better, you look better, and
when you look better, you feel better. I’m a certified Body Harmonics Mat and Reformer
instructor with deep training in biomechanics and prenatal/postnatal movement, and I
hold a RYT-200 yoga certification.
I’m endlessly fascinated by the ways our bodies facilitate movement, and with Pilates as
my vehicle, I believe the more we connect mind to muscle, the better equipped we are
to truly flow through our lives. Outside the studio, you’ll find me chasing the latest
wellness trends, diving into movement science research (recovering academic over
here!), or gathering friends and family around the table for a cozy dinner.
Sinead is a seasoned Pilates, barre, and yoga instructor who brings a wealth of
knowledge and experience to our community.
With a lifelong foundation in movement through childhood and teen years of dance,
Sinead began her personal mat Pilates practice at age 15 to cultivate a consistent,
mindful way to move. In 2015, while pregnant with her youngest child, she discovered
the Reformer and fell in love with its transformative potential.
She launched her formal teaching career over 10 years ago with a barre training course,
quickly followed by yoga teacher training. After dedicating two years exclusively to
teaching yoga, she found her true calling in Pilates. She initially honed her mat and
Reformer skills through smaller boutique studios before pursuing comprehensive
certification in both through Body Harmonics—a renowned Toronto-based Pilates
education program known for its evidence-based, holistic approach.
Sinead remains a committed lifelong learner, regularly completing specialty courses with
Body Harmonics as she continues to grow her career in movement education.
Movement is medicine.
I am a STOTT certified Pilates Instructor. I discovered Pilates late in life and never
looked back. I enjoyed progressing at my own pace, tapping in to mind body
connection and feeling the benefits in my daily routine. A mother two beautiful children,
I am always up for a challenge. Hiking , paddle boarding or scaling 100 foot sand
dunes. I am passionate about learning and strive to guide clients through strength and
movement to improve wellness and confidence. Excited to be part of the Revity team.
